Terrible service!!! Ordered twice and had issues both times!! First tried to order emergency fuel - it took 5 days, they said earliest they could deliver was Tuesday. Phoned up on Tuesday, then said it was going to be Wednesday. On Wednesday I was waiting for the fuel (noting I had no heating) and guy turned up apparently, didn’t know what tank to put it in and just drove away (without asking or knocking or the door - 5 people were in the house). The second time I ordered from them, I ordered and paid for 2,500l in Feb. They only delivered 2,000l. I then asked them to deliver the remaining 500l and they now want to charge me the same price again given fuel has gone up. I then said refund me and they are now being difficult on that - saying they will only send me a cheque. Honestly stay clear - guys have been a nightmare every time I have dealt with them.
Ford fuels have been delivering to us for over 30 years without a problem or a hiccough . It demonstrates a consistency of management and a broad understanding of their mission
Ordered emergency fuel. The order was cancelled without any communication. In the days they could have let us know there will be no delivery, I could have sorted it with a different provider. Now I'm left with no heating or hot water during a sub zero cold spell because this company lacks the basic courtesy of communicating with their clients.
