Step 1: Unless you’ve opted out, you’ll receive an email notification when a new project arrives.
Step 2: Read through the details of the project including any notes from the customer via the helpdesk.
Step 3: Write a detailed estimate that covers exactly the work described. If you need to inspect the customer’s property or clarify any matters you can reach out to the customer directly via the Chat tab.
Step 4: Unless you’ve opted out, you’ll be notified if your estimate has been accepted.
