Ford Fuels are usualy very good and very reliable. Sadly this time they or rather one of their managers Andy did. I ordered a week ago and Andy told me he would get to me asap as we were out. A week later no fuel and Andy won’t answer his phone. Luckily a young lady in the office was most helpful and is getting it to me today. I had to resort to calling Andy on my daughters phone which Andy answered straight away. Sadly not one word of apology just blatant arrogance and pig ignorance. After being insulted by him he hung up on me.

Terrible service!!! Ordered twice and had issues both times!! First tried to order emergency fuel - it took 5 days, they said earliest they could deliver was Tuesday. Phoned up on Tuesday, then said it was going to be Wednesday. On Wednesday I was waiting for the fuel (noting I had no heating) and guy turned up apparently, didn’t know what tank to put it in and just drove away (without asking or knocking or the door - 5 people were in the house). The second time I ordered from them, I ordered and paid for 2,500l in Feb. They only delivered 2,000l. I then asked them to deliver the remaining 500l and they now want to charge me the same price again given fuel has gone up. I then said refund me and they are now being difficult on that - saying they will only send me a cheque. Honestly stay clear - guys have been a nightmare every time I have dealt with them.
