Thunder sparks rewired my entire house in Billericay. During the renovation they were considerate and pro active, fitting me and EV ready point, and fixed the MSC certified solar and batteries. The men and apprentices were all polite and respectful of my home. After the final fix I was talked through the apps I could install on my phone, the different settings of the lighting, the EV point and outdoor lights. They took the time to explain how the solar panels work and what I should see on my app and how to contact them if there was a problem. Highly recommend for PV panels and electrical work in Billericay and around Essex.
Contacted Thunder Sparks to see if we can make some adjustments to our current set up which would give us more flexibility around when we charge our car. Jody was super helpful and very responsive. One thing that impressed me was that he wanted to ensure the customer was happy and was able to overcome the problem they were facing, like he was personally invested in the job. He is very knowledgeable about EV charging, Solar Panels and general home set up and gave some really good recommendations on how I can solve my specific problem. Would definitely recommend Thunder Sparks and Jody for their knowledge and experience in this area.
Thunder sparks have been amazing despite hottest days of the year they have been relentless and full of energy when fitting my solar panels! They’ve been professional at all times and easy to talk to when needed I couldn’t recommend them enough!
