We had an excellent experience with BMS Removals from start to finish. The quote process was quick, straightforward, and very competitive. We were able to set a tentative moving date with the flexibility to change it if needed, although in the end we didn’t have to. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They loaded everything with great care and impressive efficiency. We had a short wait of around 45 minutes at our new house before we could get the keys, but the team stayed cheerful and professional throughout the delay. As soon as we had the keys, they sprang back into action. They unloaded everything quickly, placing each item in the correct room, which made settling in so much easier. We also had plenty of large and awkward items, including kayaks, bicycles, office desks and other bulky equipment, but nothing was too much trouble. They packed the trucks expertly and fit everything in without any issues. The whole team was friendly, hardworking, and took great care with our belongings. They made what could have been a stressful day run smoothly from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BMS Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company. Five stars!
I had heard some horror stories about removal companies, so wanted to ensure we used the highest rated around - and BMS ratings are certainly justified. They provided an incredible service from start to finish, packing and removals with expert care and great communication all along the way. Could not recommend these guys more, huge thanks.

The team helped us move on one of the hottest days of the year and didn’t complain once! Moving from a compact 1 bedroom house, with a small alleyway for access and with some difficult items to get out, they really were brilliant and we couldn’t have done the move without them. I certainly won’t be moving again anytime soon, but if/when I do, I would hesitate to book with BMS again
