Karl was responsive, visited my property quickly and provided a speedy quote for the work. It was a bits and pieces kind of project and he was helpful with suggestions on how to overcome a couple of obstacles. Although we didn't end up progressing the work, I felt a review was in order to confirm the professionalism and speed of response I received. Thanks Karl and hope there's a next time.
We've had Karl over twice now, once just today for an emergency boiler repair on New Year's Eve of all days! His quick response has saved our evening, and his warm demeanour and openness in talking us through every step of the situation was a big help in making a stressful time just that little bit more bearable. Both times he's been here he's left a lasting impression in the best possible way, so he'll be the first person we call whenever the next plumbing or boiler issue rears its head as well.
Excellent service every time, very professional and always on time
KAS replaced a gas hob for me. While this could be seen as a "bog standard" job for a plumber, I really appreciated the care and attention taken during the job. Karl game me a demo of the hob afterwards, also advised me that the cooker hood could do with a clean up (lol he was right). Really great to see that there are still people that still take pride in their work.
We used KAS when we needed our gas oven and hob removing and the gas capping off. The service was really good and efficient, and he was really nice to our dog! :D Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
