Last week it felt like my tech life had completely imploded and I thought I’d been hacked. My iPad went haywire - apps wouldn’t close, I couldn’t even switch it off! My Facebook profile had somehow changed; my screen resolution was all over the place, and to top it off the space bar on my keyboard stopped working. It was a real meltdown moment! Thanks so much for the cyber awareness training. Understanding this is not just about systems and software. There is a human component to this. Your advice on how to introduce a secure and aware culture into an organisation was very useful. The need for there to be a culture of openness so if a staff member does make a mistake, click on something suspicious, they feel comfortable enough to report was something I hadn't considered before. Simple tips like making it very easy for staff to report any suspicious activity were so useful. Thanks looking forward to the further classes in the series
