Sorry to say that from our last two interactions from them, they have been very unreliable. We arranged time with our employers to be at home for their visit and on both days they didn’t show up and did not give us any heads up that they were not coming until we contacted them. Very poor service. Sorry.

Gas Zone Plumbing & Heating were excellent when dealing with both a bathroom and kitchen issue for me. They were very professional, reliable and provided great customer service throughout. I booked a Gas Engineer to disconnect and cap the gas pipe. I had a lovely chap called Areeb who made the booking and attended the my deceased nan's flat. He arrived promptly with his colleague and had a most friendly and polite demeanour. He had helpfully explained exactly what he needed to do. He was an extremely through doing all the checks and disconnecting the gas cooker and the pipe safe. I was sent my invoice by email for my own records. An excellent service all round and a very good price indeed. Thank you and your colleague so much for an excellent service. I have saved your details in my phone for any future call outs.
