Clearzone Pest Control is very flexible, Stuart makes what's important to you important to him. I was not able to be on site when Stuart done the job, however he came back later to take a picture to reassure me of the jobs success. Not only is Clearzone professional, they are very determined to make sure their customer is completely satisfied with their work. They provide a great service.
Would highly recommend Stuart as he provides a quick, efficient and honest service. Had to call him out twice (for different issues) and been very pleased with the service. Support small businesses and give Stuart a cal!
I contacted Stuart late one afternoon because I suspected we had a rat in the pitched roof area of a single storey extension. Stuart attended early the next morning. He suspected entry was being gained from the sewers, but did check for other points of entry around the house. There was a small hole going under our garage which hadn’t been used recently, but Stuart filled it with mesh and cement to ensure nothing could gain access in the future. He also fitted a non-return valve on the sewer so that no more rats could enter that way and so that once our resident rat had returned to the sewer it wouldn’t be able to enter again. After about a week the noises in the pitched roof stopped and I’ve had no more cause for concern. Stuart provided a brilliant service and was very pleasant, professional, easy to talk to and reassuring. He also followed up with me to check if the rat had gone (at which point it hadn’t) and was going to return again if the noises didn’t stop (but they did!). I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart for any pest management problems and will certainly use him again for any future pest issues I may have. Thank you Stuart, it is a great relief not to be hearing scratching noises above me anymore.
Knowledgeable, listened to my queries and concerns and worked out a sensible solution. More importantly, the squirrels that were nesting in our roof are now gone!
I found a bees nest in my garage, everything was done within a couple of hours of calling ClearZone. Stuart was extremely professional in all that he did and I'm glad to say the bees have now been relocated. I can't recommend him highly enough.
