OptimPro installed air conditioning in two rooms for us, and we are really pleased with the service. They carried out the installation professionally, clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The quote was clear and included the two options we asked for, but they also suggested a couple of lower-cost alternatives that we hadn't considered, which was really helpful. I'd happily recommend them.

From the start to finish, this was a very efficient, professional, stress free process from my initial enquiry with Optim PRO to the final installation of my air conditioning unit. I was given helpful useful advice at the initial survey by Marius and also during the installation with both Gabriel and Florin whom are both the installers and electricians, giving me advice as to where it would be best fitted and keeping me informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. Both were very conscious of ensuring that all materials were kept safe and all areas kept clean at all times.

Marius has been super helpful since first reaching out for a quote. Even when asking for multiple options he was fast to respond with different quotes, all competitive. I didn’t have to wait long for installation. His team are professional and work hard, cleaning up all mess, and took the time to understand my preferences.
