Lyndon is a fantastic architect who recently helped us through the process of building our single storey rear extension (complicated by needing a Thames Water build over agreement and needing a arboriculturalist tree assessment). Polite, effective and helpful both in the planning phase and during the build, would 100% recommend to anyone else thinking of doing the same thing.
Lyndon helped us getting a successful planning permission to replace our wooden windows to UPVC.He first did the site visit and very quickly drawn up the plan and submitted the application to the council. He was very efficient and communicated every step with us. From the very first consultation to receiving the final drawings, working with Lyndon was an absolute pleasure. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient — everything was handled professionally and communicated clearly at every stage. The plans produced were detailed, well thought out, and exactly in line with what we discussed.

When we contacted Lyndon did the site visit and produced the drawings very quickly. He was happy to do all of the building control liaison work and was responsive over WhatsApp and email. Its really useful to have someone like Lyndon around when you've not been through the process before - I'd definitely use him again!
