Geoff came yesterday to service our boiler. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very friendly and gave lots of advice about the boiler and a carbon monoxide detector! Very pleased with his service - many thanks.
Very poor service. The person who installed the water filter removed the washing machine water outlet. I specifically asked him to leave the existing plumbing in place, but he removed everything, including the extra tubes. This was extremely careless and unprofessional. As a result, when the washing machine was used, water flooded the kitchen. Very disappointing workmanship and a complete lack of care. 0 Star
Just had our boiler serviced by Geoff, including the magnetic filter. Not only was he very professional and polite, but while he was working he explained how the boiler and cylinder work extremely clearly - a top ambassador not only for JR Plumbing, but for the industry as a whole. A first class experience.
