Efficient and professional. Geoff was great! Been using JR Plumbing for years.
Well, isn't Geoff wonderful? He was so polite and professional as soon as he arrived. He talked me through the whole service and explained everything thoroughly. Absolutely recommend JR Plumbing & Heating Solutions and Geoff is a credit to the team.
Highly recommended. We needed a quick fix for a disconnected pipe and JR Plumbing and Heating quoted quickly and sent an engineer round a day later. Tom did a brilliant job.
We cannot fault the team that came to fit our air source central heating system, Jay and the whole team worked so hard to get the job done. The weather was extremely hot but this didn’t impact their work commitment at all. All so nice and trustworthy, very experienced in what they do and would highly recommend them. Really glad we found them and would definitely use them again.
Overall an awful service. Got someone to come out to look at the boiler back in July 2025 and they helped out with quoting for the faulty toilet system we have. A year down the line I decided to book the toilets in, I wish I hadn’t. I advised JR that I know what parts I need due to a previous quote. I was advised I would get a new quote through before the job started (didn’t happen). Plumber came out with no parts to hand despite me advising what I need, he came back fitted 3 washers and decided to sit in his van while the system filled up for 15 mins, which resulted as an extra cost for more labour time. One of the toilets weren’t fixed and needed the part I had already advised over the phone. Plumber came back without me being aware of the time he was coming or the day(lucky I was in). Fitted the part and got invoiced for both jobs at over £300. This could have been avoided if you came prepared on the first job. One of the ‘part collections’ were waved when I complained but not good enough really. Won’t be using again and I hope you take the time to rectify this issue.
