Best Household moving company
I definitely recommend BMS. We had the full packing service over 2 days. The guys were polite, hard working and nothing was too much. They went over and beyond for us. On the day of the move everything went to plan, and they got us to the new house on schedule. We had to wait a few hours outside for the keys but the guys were laid back and understanding. When we moved in they were so resourceful at getting certain pieces of furniture and again nothing was too much bother for them. Everything had been packed beautifully and labelled. They even picked up the empty boxes a few days later. We will definitely use BMS again, they were the easiest part of our house move. Thank you BMS.
BMS were brilliant during our recent move. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The admin team were quick to reply, helpful and clear. The quote was very reasonable compared to other companies and, most importantly, the service was faultless. The team that arrived had to navigate some tricky parking in a large vehicle that they managed without stress, the packing service they provided was excellent and the team led by Paul were efficient and conscientious- even predicting things we might need before we’d thought of it. We are likely to move again in a couple of years and will definitely be using BMS. Thanks again for making our move simple - even with a baby on the way and two nervous cats!
I had a video call to assess my move requirements, it was easy and comprehensive, only taking 10 mins, and the quote was emailed same day. Having several quotes, it was competitive. Kish kept in regular contact to ensure BMS were able to accommodate my agreed moving date, as my exchange was being delayed. On the day of the move, the removals team were fantastic. I moved long distance - the entire move went perfectly. The crew arrived punctually, worked incredibly hard, they were efficient and careful, a brilliant team. I have used BMS multiple times. The team are punctual, efficient and friendly. When I moved home they were efficient and packed the whole house faster than we expected. The entire team knew how to maximise the space in each of their vans. I also used them to transport a kitchen. They managed to get it done much faster than we expected. Nothing was damaged and they were helpful in moving it into the new location as well. I would highly recommend BMS. Keith was present for both of my moves, he was friendly and solutions oriented, we had a few access issues and he was able to find creative solutions at each hurdle. Thank you guys and I will definitely be using you again in the future.
