The engineer, Michael, came to replace a boiler. He arrived on time was courteous and did a great job. He also found a gas leak which he came back a few days later to sort out. He was again, punctual and courteous and did another fine job. Boiler and heating system now up and running and the gas leak solved. I’d recommend him to anyone.
I honestly can’t recommend A1 Heating & Plumbing enough! I needed to replace the processor box for my Aqualisa shower and wasn’t sure which part I needed, as the existing unit was tucked away in the loft. They were incredibly helpful from the start, explaining the price upfront and confirming the replacement should take around an hour, rather than leaving me with an uncertain hourly bill. What really stood out was that they offered to come out completely free of charge to check the existing setup, take photos so I could order the correct part, and isolate the pipes for peace of mind, as I was worried about potential leaks. When they completed the replacement, they even took the old processor box and rubbish away with them rather than leaving me to dispose of it myself. It’s honestly refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. They went above and beyond at every stage, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy plumbers. A1 Heating & Plumbing are a real credit to their trade!

Superb work, super flexible when delivery delayed. Admin worked hard to adjust schedules. Both fitters did outstanding job, working round issues to provide the finish we wanted. Highly recommended
